HR Direct are available to service customers from 8.30am to 5.30pm (AEST and AEDT). You will be required to be available to work within these hours.
As a HR Direct Advisor, your role will be to understand the HR needs of our employees, managers and stakeholders by providing efficient, accurate, confident and professional advice and going above and beyond to provide an excellent experience.
Your primary focus is to provide clear, helpful HR advice across all areas. You’ll listen carefully to each enquiry, ask the right questions, and offer practical solutions quickly. By doing this, you’ll help HR Direct meet its goals and deliver a great experience for our people.
