ABOUT THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly, professional, and highly organised First Point of Contact Administrator to join a leading residential property team in Shrewsbury. As the first voice customers and clients hear, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent service, handling incoming communications, and ensuring enquiries are directed to the right people efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be part of a supportive, growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
  • Respond to routine queries and direct complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Use mail merges to send general correspondence to residents and clients
  • Upload documents to internal systems
  • Manage the Shrewsbury office diary by overseeing and coordinating appointments
  • Support with drafting communications for clients, contractors, and residents
  • Collaborate with other departments to share and obtain key information
  • Attend internal meetings and complete required training
  • Follow professional guidelines including ARMA and FCA regulations
  • Uphold high standards of customer service, professionalism, and team spirit
