Satchell Moran Solicitors are specialist Civil Litigation firm based in Liverpool and are looking to expand our First Response Team.
We have a highly experienced team of Solicitors who are renowned for their expertise in all areas of Civil Litigation and particularly Civil Actions against the Police, Housing Disrepair claims and all elements of Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence.
We are looking to recruit a number of new team members in our First Response team with an immediate start available.
Although experience would be preferred, no experience is necessary as full training will be provided. We offer an OTE exceeding £25000, with a generous Bonus Structure.
This is a fast paced role and there is potential to earn a high bonus every month as our bonus structure is performance based,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all outbound and inbound calls from/to new/existing clients in order to take full instructions in relation to potential claims;
  • Gather the required information/documentation from the client with a view to assessing whether the case meets our acceptance criteria;
  • Setting up new files using the Proclaim case management system;
  • Dealing with tasks;
  • Maintaining a professional call handling technique in a calm and timely manner;

Personal Specification:

  • Experience working within a call centre/phone-based customer service/reception environment is preferred;
  • Computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft office programmes;
  • Data entry experience would be beneficial;
  • Experience within law firm would be beneficial;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
