Description Description WHO WE ARE: Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned business with three facilities located in Bedford, PA and another facility located in Seguin, TX. We produce over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment made in the USA! WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING: Our Fitter Fabricators build custom attachments for loaders, dozers and excavators. This position is available on first shift, which runs Monday-Thursday from 5:00 am-3:30 pm, with overtime as required on Fridays. You’ll be: Working from blueprints to assemble buckets, forks, rakes, grapples and blades Using cranes/other positioning devices during assembly Laying out, aligning and fitting together fabricated and machined parts Tack welding components Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Experience is preferred but we will provide ample training; if needed WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: Our starting wage is $21.50 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate, currently $28.50.
