1. Establishing relationship for supports from financial institutions Frequently contacting, visiting and entertaining clients from financial institutions Compiling the Bank’s news and information to financial institutions Requesting financial institutions to set up credit limit for the Bank. Developing and management relationship with clients Identifying appropriate financial product offering and preparing service proposal to clients Product Bundling Searching for business opportunities with clients and marketing financial products of CIMB Group – not focusing on single product but on continuous business including offering Product Bundling; obtaining mandate for each product from clients Coordinating with product team and CIMB Group, and managing client’s expectation during product presentation process 2. Marketing financial products as, but not limited to, following Financial advisor service; Service related to debt instruments; Service related to equity instruments; Credit administration, transaction banking products, treasury products, insurance business and deposits; and Other financial products developed under Universal Banking of the Bank 3. Setting up and monitoring credit limit utilization of financial institutions Jointly with FIG Thailand Credit Analysis / CORA KL setting up and extending credit limit of financial institutions Monitoring credit limit utilization of financial institutions Monitoring credit status of financial institutions Freezing credit limit of financial institutions when credit status deteriorates. 4. Negotiating on agreements with financial institutions Jointly with Legal negotiating terms and conditions of agreements Defining and negotiating business terms and conditions Arranging agreement signing once accommodated. 5. Managing accounts of the Bank and financial institutions Consulting with CIMB Group on necessity of account opening with financial institutions Preparing documents for account opening and proposing for approval Performing account opening and closing for the Bank Performing account opening and closing by request of financial institutions 6. Requesting for answers from and answering questionnaire for financial institutions Requesting financial institutions to answer questionnaire of the Bank i.e. KYC/CDD, ALMO Jointly with Legal and Compliance answering questionnaire requested by financial institutions. 7. Performing any other duties as and when assigned.
