We are currently recruiting for an ambitious individual to join our Bars and Catering team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in food and beverage to grow within one of the busiest hospitality operations in the North West.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of four award-winning fish and chip shops.
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 (including supervisors) during peak season.
• Maintain focus while ensuring the team delivers professional, efficient service.
• Report directly to the Senior Operations Manager.
• Ensure the production of high-quality food using only fresh produce.
• Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
• Support the core business objectives.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Take a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of the operation.
• Step in operationally when needed to ensure fast, efficient customer service.
