JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Knowledge of correct oil cooking temperatures
• Preparing and maintaining high-quality batter
• Cutting and grading fish
• Selecting the right potatoes and frying perfect chips
• Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

Experience is preferred.
