Our client, a well-established company specializing in office interior design, office furniture, MEP works, and IT structure solutions, is looking for a talented Interior Fitout Draftsman to join their dynamic team in Dubai. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of joinery details, construction materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop innovative interior concepts, layouts, and floor plans for both commercial and residential spaces.
• Create accurate 2D/3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools for interior fit-out and joinery.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings and joinery drawings for custom furniture and interior elements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are executable and aligned with client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to maintain drawing accuracy and project alignment.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures to ensure design quality and cohesion.
• Deliver creative and technical solutions within budget and project timelines.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for material sourcing and delivery coordination.
