KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE, specifically in Interior Fit-Out and Construction projects.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, DLD, Emaar, Meraas, Dubai Properties (DP), and Damac standards and approvals.
  • Strong experience with site supervision, coordination, and inspection of fit-out works.
  • DM G+1 or G+4 License is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Green Card, Blue Card, Orange Card procedures is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and site management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management software.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP Engineers, Subcontractors, and Consultants to ensure smooth execution of Fit-Out projects.
  • Oversee all site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage and supervise on-site construction and fit-out works across multiple disciplines including civil, architectural, MEP, and finishing trades.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, minutes of meetings, and daily site updates for senior management.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for site works, coordinating closely with the procurement department.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure proper execution at site.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure project compliance and progress.
  • Conduct quality inspections and snagging, ensuring that completed works meet the company’s quality standards and the client’s expectations.
  • Lead and assist in the preparation of submittals (materials, shop drawings, method statements) to consultants and authorities.
  • Attend and represent the company in site meetings, authority inspections, client walkthroughs, and handover procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations at site.
  • Support the Project Manager/Project Director by ensuring that all project objectives are met within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Assist in the preparation of project risk assessments and actively work towards mitigating risks and resolving issues.
  • Develop project execution strategies and schedules, and update project calendars with major activities and milestones.
  • Coordinate with Inspectors and Consultants for final handover inspections and project close-out documentation.
  • Maintain and archive project files, including drawings, correspondences, approvals, and daily records, in both electronic and hardcopy format.
  • Use project management tools to monitor manpower utilization, work schedules, cost control, and material tracking.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Project Director or Senior Management.
