The Fit-Out Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring that work is carried out according to design, specifications, safety standards, and within the agreed timelines and budget.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential).
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Familiarity with project management tools and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• UAE: 5 years (Required)

• Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for fit-out works.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate fit-out works including civil, MEP, joinery, and finishes.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely execution.
• Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager on milestones, delays, and issues.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and approved samples.
• Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, and progress updates.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related problems.
• Verify quantities, check invoices, and assist in cost control.
• Ensure all fit-out works are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
