FIT-OUT FOREMAN

MSH Contracting LLC is a growing fit-out and interior design company based in Dubai, specializing in high-quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fit-Out Foreman to join our team and lead on-site execution with efficiency and precision.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as a Fit-Out Foreman or similar supervisory role
• Proven experience in joinery, gypsum, ceiling, partition, painting, and MEP coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
• Knowledge of Dubai municipality/Trakhees/DDA/DCD regulations is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license
• Can join immediately

• Supervise and manage fit-out site activities from start to finish
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Interpret drawings, plans, and schedules to ensure proper execution
• Monitor workforce, equipment, and materials for smooth workflow
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and time standards
• Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate updates to management
• Solve on-site technical problems and proactively prevent delays
• Manage and discipline the workforce to maintain productivity
• Ensure inspections, snagging, and handovers are completed as per client requirements
