JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic Fit-out Sales Person to join our expanding team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, promoting interior fit-out solutions, and managing client relationships from lead generation to project handover. The candidate should have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong client network and market knowledge in UAE.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous UAE experience in turnkey interior fit-out sales.
• Established connections with consultants, real estate developers, and contractors.

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for interior fit-out projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and finalize sales deals in line with company objectives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for solution delivery.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
