OVERVIEW:

The Fit-Out Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fit-out projects in the site. This role involves managing and coordinating the construction processes, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with the project’s specifications, timeline, and budget. The Fit-Out Site Engineer works closely with the project manager, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and completion of the interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, or retail spaces.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in fit-out or interior construction, with a focus on site engineering and management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, finishes, and building systems.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations related to fit-out work.
• Proficient in construction management software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of cost estimation, budgeting, and project scheduling tools.
