REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Proven experience in luxury or high-end residential/commercial fit-outs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or site management are an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Foreman to oversee and manage the day-to-day site operations of a high-end interior fit-out project. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company delivering bespoke, luxury interiors for commercial and residential spaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain quality control and ensure all finishes meet luxury design specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Interpret drawings and specifications, providing clear direction to tradespeople.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate updates to the project manager.
• Resolve site issues effectively and proactively.
