TEAM & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

• Supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct daily briefings and coordinate with project teams on work priorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Fit-Out Supervisor or similar role in fit-out, interior, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and construction regulations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Ability to read drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects and team management.

  Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
