Assist customers in setting up devices, troubleshooting issues, and understanding product features. Provide valuable insights on health tracking, including advice on utilizing the app and product functionalities effectively. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary. Keep informed about the latest Fitbit products and updates to provide informed assistance to customers. Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service or support, ideally in a technology or health-related environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to guide customers through technical issues. Excellent communication skills focused on creating a positive customer experience. Familiarity with using CRM systems and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
