Position Summary The Fitment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily fitment operations, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and technical activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards. The role includes supervising technicians, monitoring job quality, coordinating schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the daily activities of technicians. Ensure all installation and repair jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and within the scheduled timeframe. Conduct quality checks on completed jobs to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Assist technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance when necessary. Monitor technician productivity, attendance, and performance. Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools, equipment, and company assets. Enforce workplace safety protocols and operational procedures. Prepare and submit operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates to management. Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations for technicians. Handle escalations and support the resolution of fitment-related concerns.
