Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Health & Wellbeing Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of the Health & Wellbeing facility, including conducting inductions, one-on-one sessions, ensuring proper member screenings, and creating suitable fitness programs.
  • Promotion of Physical Activity: Encourage and promote overall health and wellbeing on-site by offering varied exercise classes, organizing sports activities (e.g., Tennis, Football, Netball), and incorporating energizer sessions to get everyone more active throughout the day.
  • Customer and Financial Responsibility: Focus on creating a customer-centered environment, resolving queries positively, and working within budgetary guidelines while aiming to improve financial performance each year.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the safety, health, and welfare of all site users, following legislation and policies. Participate in risk assessments and implement action plans to mitigate risks.
  • Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team in regular meetings, maintain the required qualifications, promote activities, and support the development of company goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
