Operational Management: * Lead the operational and sales components of New Hire Onboarding. * Audit, manage & reconcile pipeline of performed sessions daily, weekly and each pay period. * Facilitate any support and communications with vendors such as Motionvibe, Moso, Club Connect, etc. * Audit, complete and execute biweekly payroll and communication around payroll process. * Audit, manage PT Cert & CPR certification validity and authenticity. * Personal Training business and sales coaching. * Utilize scheduling tool to create floor schedule and manage the team’s ability to deliver service on the floor. * Generate PT Sales leads, schedule lead generation activities, and support trainer development to build a successful business. * Set goals in support of club special events, and execute the proper follow up post event. * Coordinate and host monthly/ bi-monthly department forums. * Create, Implement and execute all operational SOPs including administrative duties associated with client outreach and staff accountability. * Support trainers through financial planning as it relates to the compensation plan. * Act as a Duty Manager when business needs dictate, ensuring all departments are delivering excellence.   Assist with below responsibilities: Business Leader: * Business management of the trainers including monthly projections, Personal Training Calendar management, and oversight of trainers delivering complimentary services. * Conduct timely and relevant business management meetings to support trainer development. * Accountability of team’s business deliverables by setting targets, following up, providing feedback and support for progress. * Collaborate with Membership Advisors for Personal Training Sales Takeovers and booking of complimentary sessions. KPI Management * Proactively address business trends in fitness assessment conversions, client attrition and client training frequency. * Performance management of all trainers and coaches. Technology: * Buildout and evolution of all digital PT platforms: HEIMAT APP, Hubspot, Mywellness, etc., Education & Programming: * Facilitate quarterly education plans. * Oversight of client programming & retention. Leader of Team Culture * Collaborate with all departments of the club to achieve interdepartmental synergy. * Manage optimal staffing targets to meet the needs of the business, which includes the interview and hiring process. * Behavior and performance management of trainers in order to maintain a high-quality team to uphold the brand standards and expectations of their role. * Establish and maintain friendliness and service standards for trainers in their interactions with members and club staff. * Identify, collaborate, and align key talents to advance trainer careers. SPA: Direct Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management * Communication with potential leads and all SPA clients – Feedback, experience recovery, general booking needs. * Monitor member satisfaction and ensure a consistently evolving world class wellness experience, echoing the brand values, while maintaining balanced profits and loss margin. Operational Management: * Manage hiring & staffing of Spa department. * Lead the operational and sales components of New Hire Onboarding. * Facilitate any support and communications with vendors such as Motionvibe, Moso, Club Connect, etc. * Bi-weekly payroll. * Reconciling all vendor POS via RSG accounts payable on making sure invoices are being paid and NET 30 terms are being honored. * Fulfill & order inventory needs as necessary and provided by SPA Supervisor. * Act as a Duty Manager when business needs dictate, ensuring all departments are delivering excellence. * Manage all matters pertaining to equipment and safety in the Heimat Spa, scheduling for members and be the liaison concierge to all our wellness offerings at the Club.   Assist with below responsibilities: Business Leader: * You will support the recruitment and development of the Spa team, and oversee the onboarding, training, and development of your team. * Assist with sales logic and upselling strategy to maximize members experience in the club, and work closely with our Brand partners to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship. * Assist The Director of Fitness & Wellness and marketing team in developing new and ongoing wellness opportunities, events, and member experiences we can offer in the Spa, and as special events, and packages. * Assist in creating and implementing business logic for our 750 sqft Boutique Spa, offering luxury treatment experiences including HydraFacial, Manicure and Pedicure, LED Treatment, Various Massage Techniques, Skin Therapies, Lymphatic Drainage provided by Hyperice, and any future treatments we may include or feature to stay relevant and visible in the wellness industry. Technology: * Assist with providing ongoing feedback on how member experience can be improved via enhanced app experience. * Assist with market research and added technology/devices we can introduce to SPA Wellness programs as active partners. Events & Programming: * Assist with club ongoing wellness programming and partnership with brand marketing. * Concierges between brand partners, vendors and members with brand marketing. Leader of Team Culture: * Support the greater Club’s Leadership team as a strategic team player. * Support Club management in developing and executing a memorable and welcoming experience for members. Assist with below responsibilities: * Pilates Private Coach Job Description * Head count of coaches & payroll structure * Scheduling * Member Offering * Pricing & packages * Moso * Motionvibe * App * Marketing communication Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred (Kinesiology, Exercise Science or Sports Management Degree preferred) * Current national certification, CPR/AED, First Aid * Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Personal Training & programming. * Minimum of 3 years of leadership (Fitness leadership is preferred) * Demonstrate the ability to drive financial performance * Exhibits sales skills with a specific focus on attracting new clients and retention * Strong business acumen * Ability to integrate app-based technology with member intake, maximizing training potential. * Ability to create a positive team culture with adherence to brand standards * Possess collaborative social skills and strong desire to interact with members, clients, and staff * Ability to manage high volume of inbound communication and react in a timely manner * Ability to create team accountability through structured timelines, action plans, and required documentation * Strong technical skills * Ability to hire, train and direct staff who match the brand * Strong active listening skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Enthusiastic and passionate about the fitness industry * Must be able to lift upward of 50lbs. * Must be able to move or assist in the movement of heavy furniture or equipment. * Must be comfortable using a ladder or stepladder. * Must be able to climb and descend stairs multiple times a day.
