THE BARN  Saturday and Sunday shifts  The Barn is an exclusive social club that caters to members of Edwards Communities.  We are looking for staffing that excel in customer service. Our venue provides a variety of events including team trivia, live music, wine tastings and more.  Responsibilities and Duties: The candidate for will be responsible for: * Handles day-to-day operations for the fitness center.  * Cleans the facility and equipment.  * Meets and greets all of our members. * Handles cash and credit transactions for various types of memberships and product purchasing. * Informs and sells members the latest fitness classes and personal training options. * Ensure that all rules are followed.  * Provides information to and assists members with all equipment. * Perform other duties as assigned.  Competencies- To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:  Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations.
