Description Come join the team at HCI Sports & Fitness! As a premier sports and fitness center located in Bee Cave, our team is in search of an energetic, customer-service oriented leader to fill our part-time Member Services Coordinator role. Having a passion for health and fitness is important and retail or sales experience is a plus! Requirements In joining our team, you’ll be responsible for: Greeting and providing excellent customer service to all HCI members and guests Offering tours of our facility, educating visitors on our services, and onboarding new members Following up with visitors and prospects to reach monthly sales goals Helping maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of our fitness center and amenities Understanding our ClubReady operating system and updating member and guest accounts And more… To be a great fit, you’ll have: Availability to work early morning weekday shifts starting at 4:45 am - must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week Customer service experience - retail and/or sales experience is a plus Effective computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems An attentive and energetic personality A self-starter mentality and ability to work autonomously What you’ll get as a member of our team: Competitive pay at $13 - $16.75 per hour, with time and a half premium pay if working a holiday A complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness Opportunities for growth A fun work environment on a great team!
Responsibilities
The Fitness Center Coordinator will greet and provide excellent customer service to all members and guests, offer tours of the facility, and help maintain cleanliness. They will also follow up with visitors to reach monthly sales goals and manage member accounts using the ClubReady operating system.
