Requirements What you’ll do: Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests Conduct facility tours, educate prospective members on services and programs, and onboarding new members Follow up with prospects and support monthly sales and membership goals Help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility and amenities Utilize our ClubReady operating system to manage member and guest accounts Monitor facility access and support overall safety and security procedures Assist leadership with supervising and supporting the Member Services team as needed Support daily front desk operations and help create a positive member experience And more… What makes you a great fit: Availability to work weekend opening shifts (6:30 am – 2 pm); flexibility for additional weekday shifts preferred Previous supervisor or leadership experience with at least one year of experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or a related field Retail and/or sales experience is a plus High school diploma or GED required Strong work ethic with excellent punctuality, organization, and attention to detail Professional appearance and positive, energetic attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm and friendly in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and respond appropriately Team oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed What you’ll get as a member of our team: $18 - $20 per hour DOE + eligibility to earn bonuses Time and a half premium pay if working a holiday Complimentary membership to HCI Sports & Fitness A fun, collaborative work environment on a great team!
