We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and motivated F45 Coach to join our dynamic team! As an F45 Coach, you’ll lead high-intensity, team-based functional training sessions that drive results and build community. You’ll motivate and support members through each workout, ensure proper technique and safety, and create a positive training environment that keeps members coming back.

Lead and instruct F45 group training classes with energy and enthusiasm
Provide personalized coaching and form corrections during sessions
Engage with members to foster a strong studio community
Assist with member onboarding and fitness assessments
Support studio operations and help promote local events and challenges
