Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach: Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts Help members set and achieve goals Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Requirements No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification. We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others. About Orangetheory Fitness Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
