We are looking for a passionate, driven, and reliable individual to join the Sparkling Hill Team! The role available is for Fitness Coordinator.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience wellness setting preferred
  • All professional licenses are to be current
  • Maintain a healthy and fit appearance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent documentation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a wellness team
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, respectful and courteous at all times

Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledgment and responding to their needs and expectations
  • Perform fitness and/or therapeutic treatments while maintaining the clients safety and well-being at all times
  • Perform 15, 30, 45 and 60 minute fitness and therapeutic treatments
  • Teach fitness classes, guide outdoor walks or hikes, perform personal training or fitness testing
  • Development of fitness programs
  • Provide various therapies (From previous knowledge or learned through on-the-job training)
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment at all times, ensuring all equipment is clean and in safe working order
  • Actively participate in other areas of Spa Operation such as knowledge and recommendation of other spa treatments
  • Ensure awareness of the latest fitness trends
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Assist with laundry, reception and cleaning duties as required
  • Other duties as assigned
