This dynamic role requires supporting prospective members in achieving their fitness objectives through both self-initiated and company-supported programs, promotions, and referrals. A proactive sales approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential for guiding new members toward their goals while providing assistance with front desk responsibilities as needed. Position Purpose: Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. Requirements for Success: Achieve sales goals through both self-initiated and company-supported programs, promotions, and referrals. Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude Provide information about gym services, programs, and membership options. Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Check-in members and guests using the gym’s management system. Oversee and manage check-in alerts and notifications. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all gym members and staff. Other Responsibilities: Member engagement Building and equipment maintenance and safety Accountabilities: Membership Sales (Club and Individual - including services, products, programs) Membership Billing Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution) Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events etc.) Requirements: Must successfully pass background check. Fight hard to win. Takes ownership of results. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicate well with members and teammates with a customer service mentality. Team player and be willing to jump into any task and get it done. Possess strong mathematical, analytical and sales skills. Must be extremely organized. Able to work independently, multi-task in a fast paced and demanding work environment. Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work. Comfortable with computer/technology, ability to quickly shift focus, phone etiquette, and good at math. This position is 20 hours a week and must be able to work every Thursday and at least one weekend day.
