ABOUT THE ROLE: McCollister’s Fitness Solutions is seeking hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing team as Fitness Equipment Repair Technicians. No prior fitness equipment experience is necessary—if you have a background in automotive repair, appliance servicing (washer/dryer), electrical motors, or general mechanical work, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.    This role also includes pre-building new fitness equipment in preparation for delivery and installation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various types of fitness equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, strength machines, etc.) * Pre-build and assemble equipment according to specifications before delivery * Use manuals, schematics, and technical documents to guide repairs and assembly * Perform preventative maintenance and replace parts (belts, motors, wiring, etc.) * Maintain service records and communicate job status to coordinators or clients * Keep a clean, organized workspace (warehouse and/or client site) * Travel to customer sites for on-location diagnostics and repairs, as needed QUALIFICATIONS: * Mechanical aptitude or experience in auto repair, appliance repair, HVAC, electrical motors, or similar trades * Familiarity with tools (hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment) * Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods * Strong attention to detail and communication skills * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent preferred PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: * Prior experience working with fitness equipment * Basic understanding of electronics and wiring * Experience with fitness brands such as Technogym, Matrix, Life Fitness, or Precor WHAT WE OFFER: * Paid on-the-job training with room for advancement * Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience * Tools, uniforms, and company vehicle provided (for field technicians) * Supportive team environment and flexible scheduling * Opportunity to be part of a nationwide leader in fitness logistics and solutions  Apply now to join McCollister’s Fitness Solutions and help keep the fitness industry moving—literally.
