Fitness Solutions has a great opportunity for you!!!! We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our Regina, Saskatchewan team!!!

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of fitness equipment with a strong interest in Fitness and Healthy Living (preferred)
  • Recognize the importance of building strong, lasting relationships with customers, vendors and co-workers
  • Proficient with technology, computers applications, including Microsoft Office, POS systems and inventory/invoicing software programs
  • Proficient budgeting skills with good understanding of profit & loss
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written (fluent in English)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Professional, team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Exceptional work ethic and driven to obtain goals
  • Have a good understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Ability to safely lift heavy products up to 55 lbs. on your own
  • Ability to safely lift heavy products, with team lifts over 100 lbs.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and satisfactory criminal record check

Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent customer service and professional attitude
  • Regular communication with the Store Manager
  • Attend fitness team meetings as required (either in person or via teams)
  • Networking with potential and current customers
  • Assisting customers looking to purchase products/services while educating them in the product lines that Flaman Fitness supplies
  • Become knowledgeable and remain up-to-date with all products/lines carried
  • Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers
  • Locating prospective customers, generating them into leads and eventually converting them to customers
  • Create quotes and sale orders
  • Achieve objectives through effective planning and setting sales goals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Capturing customers information to follow up and increase closing rates
  • Following up with potential customers that have received quotes on a semi-annual basis
  • Advertising on marketplaces, apps and 3rd party resale sites (if applicable)
  • Frequently checking open orders and invoices when necessary to keep inventory and accounts receivables accurate
  • Contact customers for collections of accounts receivables on past due accounts when necessary
  • Follow up post purchase with customer to provide after sales support, including annual check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist other team members when needed
  • Other duties as required and/or tasked by Manager
  • Occasional overtime may be necessary during busy seasons
