Description The Valley of the Sun J is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Fitness Floor Staff Member to support our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and customer service! Key Responsibilities Greet members and provide friendly, professional customer service, exceeding expectations Assist Fitness Director and or Manager on Duty with requests or inquiries Supervise the fitness floor to ensure safety and proper equipment use, hazard free Assist members with basic equipment questions Clean and sanitize equipment and workout areas throughout the shift. Assist in class set-up and reset Manage Towel Service Enforce facility policies and report any safety or maintenance concerns Qualifications Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills Comfortable working independently during early hours Interest in fitness and helping others Basic knowledge of gym equipment preferred Previous customer service or fitness experience a plus What We Offer Supportive team environment Complimentary or discounted gym membership Afternoon, Evenings and Weekend shifts Opportunities for growth within the fitness industry Requirements REQUIREMENTS Physical Requirements/Demands: Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, lifting objects over 45lbs.
