Job Description Fitness Instructor As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for designing and leading fitness programs, conducting sports activities, and providing personalized instruction to guests. Your role involves promoting health and wellness and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Ensure all dealings with guests at the Fitness areas meet or exceed the resort operating standards. Ensure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times. Coordinate and facilitate sports and recreational activities. Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, promoting the benefits of physical activity and healthy living. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events, themed fitness programs, or wellness initiatives. Contribute ideas for new attractions or experiences that promote physical activity and guest engagement. Ensure proper inventories of all operating equipment are conducted in line with audit standards to effectively manage operational costs. Ensure that the department follows safety and maintains confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times. Ensure all Fitness / Gym equipment is maintained in good working condition at all times. Inspect, maintain, and sanitize fitness equipment, sports gear, and activity areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a passion for promoting health and wellness Ability to engage and motivate guests of all ages through dynamic instruction and positive reinforcement Ability to speak other languages and a basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face Friendly and approachable Cooperative and self-giving team player Ability and willingness to perform under stress Positive and high energy level A willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring guests' needs are met Additional Information Job-Category: Wellness & Recreation Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
