We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a passionate and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our Health Club team at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa. Our facilities include a large well equipped fitness suite, 3 studios offering 70+ classes per week, swimming pool and spa area offering a hydro spa, sauna, stream room and tropicarium along with a Performance Centre, assault course and 200m outdoor swimming lake.
Set in 134 Acres of stunning Oxfordshire countryside, surrounded by 11 Lakes, Bicester Hotel is an established 4-star family owned business. The Hotel offers 52 rooms, 2 restaurants, 3 bars, 24hr room service, 7 function rooms, Health Club and Spa facilities, and is surrounded by an 9 Hole Golf course. The Payne family are keen to welcome all new employees to the business and see the team as one huge family, all delivering to ensure guest satisfaction.
The role of the Fitness Instructor:
· Instructing/delivering regular fitness classes
· Providing gym inductions
· Providing gym progress updates for members
· Complete daily water quality tests of pool
· Gym cleaning as required
· Ability to carry out reception duties
· Promoting other facilities of the hotel
· Run Team building events
. Support membership sales and admin
Requirements of the Fitness Instructor:
· NVQ Level 2/3, Fitness Instructor
· Knowledge of personal weight training, anatomy and exercise physiology including terminology is essential
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· High standard of personal appearance
· Proactive, confident, polite, can do attitude
· Confident manner and good team player
