The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring a Fitness Instructor for youth with special needs. You provide the energetic know-how and the enthusiasm to teach an adaptive and inclusive fitness class to school-aged children with special needs and abilities; we’ll provide the equipment and resources you need to succeed. Smile, stretch, jump and grapevine your way into the hearts of your participants!

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION PROVIDING A HEALTHY AND SOCIAL OPPORTUNITY TO CHILDREN OF A VARIETY OF ABILITIES EVERY SATURDAY FROM 9:00AM TO 10:15AM. ADDITIONAL HOURS ARE AVAILABLE.

• Applicants should be 18 years or older.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in CPR, First-Aid & AED or be willing to obtain through the YMCA once hired.
• Prior experience working with children of differing abilities is required.
