About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Instructor to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Deliver exercise classes and workshops, provide spa consultations, recommend appropriate wellness activities and treatments based on guest conditions, and stay updated on the latest fitness and wellness trends. • Adhere to and promote health, safety, and hygiene standards, maintain confidentiality of guest information, and handle inappropriate guest behavior as per hotel standards. • Maintain fitness equipment in great working condition, ensure gym set up according to standard procedures, and manage stock levels for fresh towels and refreshments. • Deliver personal training and multi-sport coaching tailored to guest goals. • Promote fitness activities, spa treatments, and facilities to guests, actively participate in promotional activities, and serve as a catalyst for Sales and Marketing efforts to enhance guest bookings and experiences. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • 2 -3 years’ experience in Fitness, Spas & Wellness centers • Essential: Fitness/Personal Training qualification; First Aid & CPR certification. • Preferred: Fitness or Sports diploma; coaching qualifications in tennis, swimming, squash, yoga.
