KEADEEN HEALTH AND LEISURE CLUB JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Fitness Advisor
Responsible to: Leisure Club Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To ensure that the guests are warmly and efficiently looked after during their time in the Leisure Club and maintaining the agreed standards of customer care.

RECEPTION DUTIES:

• Greeting all members of the public in a smiling professional manner
• Answering the phone in the correct manner i.e. ‘Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening the Keadeen Club (NAME) speaking
• Handling all front desk queries
• Paying in memberships, issuing receipts and filling out paperwork
• Using Point of Sale – paying in general retail items
• Ensuring that the money is banked at the end of each night & end of night report batch is performed on the Credit Card Machine

CLEANING DUTIES:

• Always being vigilant regarding hygiene and taking the appropriate steps when required
• Recording all cleaning duties on cleaning record sheets
• Participate in the cleaning of changing areas
• Participate in the general cleaning of the Health Club as indicated on the cleaning schedule
• Reporting any issues regarding cleaning or maintenance to the Manager and to the Manager of Hotel
• Willing to help maintain the high standards of the Keadeen Health Club

OCCASIONAL DUTIES:

• To carry out any reasonable requests by Management when called upon.
  Ensure to report on duty on time and in the correct uniform. You must clock in when starting a shift and clock out when shift is finished. You should clock in and out for breaks.
