About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fitness Instructor to join the Talise Spa team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island. * Deliver yoga sessions, fitness classes, and workshops while promoting wellness services and one-on-one training to guests. * Greet guests warmly, provide personalized fitness and wellness recommendations, and handle feedback or concerns professionally. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym, sauna, and related facilities, ensuring all equipment and amenities are in good condition. * Continuously improve knowledge and skills by staying updated on fitness trends and participating in regular training sessions. * Actively promote fitness programs, spa treatments, and products, contributing to the overall success of the resort’s wellness offerings. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or related industries * Experience working in a multi-cultural environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in English * Leadership and team management skills.
