Prospect Calls: Reach out to prospects that are interested in our services and schedule their first appointment Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to increase sales opportunities. Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including in-store interactions, community events, and digital platforms. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the service offered, ensuring you can provide accurate and persuasive recommendations to customers. Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business. Promotions and Campaigns: Actively promote in-store or online sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales during key promotional periods. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and management to share sales strategies, insights, and best practices. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of sales or retail experience preferred; however, a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset can compensate for a lack of experience. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.
