This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional and memorable customer experiences and looking to grow within our company.
As the first and last point of contact for our members and guests, you will go above and beyond to make every visit better than the last, creating strong relationships and fostering a community feel along the way.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of Reception, Sales, or similar Customer Service experience, or previous experience in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to go above and beyond to deliver premium customer experiences.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (desirable but not essential).
