POSITION: SALES COUNSELOR (SC)

Responsibilities
  • Personal Performance - meet/exceed company standards with personal commissions and VCLASS production
  • Personal Sales Process - show full competency in sales process knowledge.
  • Personal Customer Service - show ability to always be on time, in uniform, and positively enthusiastic with members, guests, and coworkers.
  • Personal Systems - manage your daily planner, guest register, callback list, and success report at company standards.
