They are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join their team. The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in driving training package sales, expand their client base and elevate their members’ fitness journeys, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience of at least 3+ years in a sales role, compulsorily in the fitness or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Strong proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools, as well as MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

Sales Growth
1. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals. Qualify leads through effective communication to understand their fitness goals and needs.
2. Present and promote personal training programs to potential clients.
3. Conduct consultations and tours of the facility, showcasing the benefits of our personalized training programs.
4. Follow up with leads through personalized communication to nurture relationships and convert them into members.
5. Close sales by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and overcoming objections.
6. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track lead statuses in the CRM.
7. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
8. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions that drive new memberships
10. Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads and increase brand awareness
