About the Role: As a Fitness Sales Rockstar at ACME Athletics, you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and enhancing client engagement within our dynamic fitness community. Your primary objective will be to connect with prospective members, understand their fitness goals, and effectively communicate how our services and facilities can meet their needs. You will serve as the face of ACME Athletics, fostering strong relationships through personalized consultations and exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, fitness knowledge, and a passion for motivating others to lead healthier lifestyles. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute directly to the success and reputation of ACME Athletics as a premier destination for fitness and wellness in the ACME area. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fitness, health, or wellness industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Basic knowledge of fitness concepts and the ability to discuss fitness programs confidently. * Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction (e.g., NASM, ACE, or similar). * Experience working in a gym or recreational facility environment. * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive setting. * Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to support promotional efforts. * Additional language skills to engage a diverse client base. Responsibilities: * Engage with potential and existing members to promote ACME Athletics’ membership packages and fitness programs. * Conduct personalized fitness consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services. * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools. * Collaborate with the fitness and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional events. * Provide ongoing support and motivation to members to encourage retention and satisfaction. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new fitness products to effectively position ACME Athletics in the market.
