We offer a vast array of services to meet the needs of most everyone with a fitness goal. The Fitness Sales Team Member is a critical part to each member obtaining success. Job Description: Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for all FITWORKS members. Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including membership sales, membership retention, personal training and rehab and recovery wellness solutions. Front of Club Management including: Member services requests. Outbound sales calls with prospects originated by lead generation software. Direct incoming inquires via phone, e-mail and text. Maintain a clean working environment, including assisting in sanitation efforts as needed. Monitor inventory needs throughout the Club. Job Details: Full or Part Time Available Days, Nights and Weekends Available Benefits available for Full Time team members Commissions are a key component to compensation package.
