Job Description Assist in welcoming guests and providing information about spa and fitness services. Support daily operations of the spa and fitness center, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities according to brand standards. Assist spa therapists and fitness trainers with guest needs under supervision. Handle guest bookings, scheduling, and confirmations when required. Replenish towels, water, and guest supplies in spa and fitness areas. Learn and apply knowledge of spa etiquette, wellness standards, and guest service protocols. Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues in spa and fitness facilities. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless luxury guest experiences. Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness, or related field Strong interest in fitness, spa, and guest wellness services Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of fitness, wellness, or spa practices is an advantage
