REQUIREMENTS OF FSI

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Work/volunteer experience within customer facing or sport/fitness environment
• Basic IT skills

RESPONSIBILITIES OF FSI

• Delivering inductions to groups/individuals
• Cleaning and upkeep of the gym area
• Interacting with all customers with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
