WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Supervise and lead group fitness classes, ensuring safety and engagement throughout
• Provide expert fitness coaching, offering personalized advice and adjusting programmes for individual needs
• Create and maintain a motivating, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients and team members alike
• Oversee exercise demonstrations and ensure proper techniques are followed by participants
• Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of fitness programs and special events
• Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, incorporating innovative techniques into classes and programs
• Manage and support a team of fitness instructors, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery
