JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the fit-out and interior design industry. The role requires a strong understanding of the market, excellent networking skills, and the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the fit-out / interior design / construction industry in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong client network and market knowledge in commercial, retail, and residential projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong business acumen and target-driven mindset.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate new business.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s interior design and fit-out services to potential clients.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business leads.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, to project handover.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote brand visibility.
  • Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
