Key Accountabilities To manage day-to-day detailed records of all project-related documents, including contracts, design plans, permits, and invoices. Coordinating project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met. Scheduling meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Organizing site visits and inspections, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared. Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries of materials and supplies. Managing contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Acting as the point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries. Preparing and sending out project reports, status updates, and other communications to clients and stakeholders. Preparing reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions for management and clients. Providing administrative support to project managers, designers, and site supervisors.
