Description:
Oversee finishing works with high attention to detail.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimations.
Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion.
Experienced in fit-out projects and renovation works.
Ensure perfect implementation of project plans, team building, and staff management.
Handle client management professionally.
Expert in obtaining authority approvals from Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, DDA, Nakheel, Emaar, and other developers.
Display hardworking, practical, and team-building skill
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
