JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Fitout Supervisor to oversee renovation and interior fitout projects for villas, commercial buildings, and residential properties. The candidate will supervise all aspects of interior design works including gypsum, tiling, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in fitout/renovation supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing, gypsum works, tiling, painting, joinery, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations.
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or relevant field (preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (advantage).

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for renovation and interior fitout projects.
• Monitor and manage works related to gypsum partitions, ceilings, tiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Ensure proper execution of drawings, designs, and specifications as per client and consultant requirements.
• Oversee site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and safety compliance.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, report progress, and address delays or issues.
• Manage site resources, including materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations and health & safety guidelines.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth communication and timely handover.
