• Operate and maintain Manual Lathes, Milling Machines, Pillar Drills, and Broaching Machines
• Progress to working with CNC machines and learn basic programming skills
• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and maintenance
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised workspace
