Pnumatics Cape is a dynamic and growing company in the pneumatics industry, providing high-quality solutions across a range of industrial sectors. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fitter and Turner to join our team and play a key role in the maintenance, assembly, and manufacturing of pneumatic components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, fit, and turn pneumatic machinery and components according to engineering specifications
  • Perform fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on pneumatic systems
  • Operate lathes, milling machines, and other workshop equipment
  • Carry out onsite installations of pneumatic systems and equipment
  • Perform airline installations, ensuring systems are properly routed, connected, and tested
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure optimal performance of systems
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Trade Test Certificate: Fitter and Turner
  • Hands-on experience with pneumatic systems, airline installations, and onsite work
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
